Please note: Nayax service requires a monthly fee (around $10/month) plus small transaction fees per sale.
Q3: What is the shipping process for overseas buyers? Do I need to handle customs clearance?
A: For most countries (such as the USA), we offer DDP door-to-door delivery service. This means shipping, customs clearance, and import duties are already included, so you do not need to handle customs paperwork. The machine can be shipped directly to your mall or business address with ZIP/postal code provided.
Q4: What is the production lead time and delivery time after placing an order?
A: Standard production takes about 5 days after confirming the design. Overseas door-to-door shipping usually takes around 60 days by sea. In total, you can expect to receive the machine in approximately 65 days. Faster delivery options (about 45 days) are also available upon request.
