Order Protection Overview

Trade Terms

International shipping terms: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Zhongda Smart handles delivery responsibilities according to agreed terms.

Payment Terms

  • 50% deposit to begin customized design and material preparation.
  • Remaining 50% payment after graphic design confirmation.

Production Lead Time

Standard production lead time is 10 working days after full payment, package size confirmation and graphic design approval.

Warranty Service

1-Year Warranty

Zhongda Smart provides a 1-year warranty from the machine receipt date when equipment is operated according to the official instruction manual.

Free Spare Parts

During the warranty period, if any quality issue occurs, replacement spare parts will be provided free of charge.

Technical Support

Professional after-sales guidance and remote technical assistance are available for machine setup and operation.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty service may become invalid if customers replace parts or modify the background management system without guidance from Zhongda Smart after-sales engineers.

Important Notice: Stickers are provided free of charge. Minor scratches on stickers are not covered under warranty.

Damage & Compensation Policy
